| The agency's first award was achieved in 1981 with the Uniting Church Outreach Centre Committee winning the 3BA-Ballarat Courier Community Service Award for their work in the community.
Since then the agency has won multiple awards and been a finalist in several others:

- Runner Up Prime Television Community Event Award (The Courier Ballarat Home Show) - 2006
- Winner of ABC Regional Award for Most Valued Volunteering Organisation in Rural/Regional Victoria - Ballarat & State - May 2009
- Winner of 2009 CGU Commerce Ballarat Not-For-Profit Business Excellence Award - August 2009
