The agency's first award was achieved in 1981 with the Uniting Church Outreach Centre Committee winning the 3BA-Ballarat Courier Community Service Award for their work in the community. 

Since then the agency has won multiple awards and been a finalist in several others:

  • Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Business (BreezeWay - Meals for Homeless People) - 2000
  • Judges Award for the inaugural national EQT CEO Awards (Cliff Barclay) - 2002
  • Runner Up Innovation Awards - 2002
  • Ballarat Health Award - Best New Iniative (Tabor House) - 2003
  • Runner Up Prime Television Community Event Award (The Courier Ballarat Home Show) - 2006
  • Winner of ABC Regional Award for Most Valued Volunteering Organisation in Rural/Regional Victoria - Ballarat & State - May 2009
  • Winner of 2009 CGU Commerce Ballarat Not-For-Profit Business Excellence Award - August 2009
  • Finalist in the Victorian Premier's Community Volunteering Awards - December 2009
  • United Way 2010 Volunteer Recognition Awards: Winner Community Group Award, Winner Corporate Group Award (partnership with St. John of God Hospital) and Winner Individual Award - Volunteer of the Year - Kath Sanders (long-time volunteer with UCB Aged & disAbility Services) - May 2010
