Do Care is a Social Support Program that addresses social isolation and assists people to become involved in their community.

The Supported Residential Health Program (RSHP) provides a comprehensive, integrated and holistic range of services to pension only funded residents in the Ballarat and Hepburn areas.

The Supported Residential Services Visiting Program (RSVP) is a volunteer visiting program providing social support to socially isolated residents living in Supported Residential Services (SRS) facilities.

The Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) encourages volunteers to befriend a resident who is lonely and socially isolated and living in an Aged Care home. An Australian Government Initiative.

Community Transport provides door-to-door supported services for frail aged people, or those who have a disAbility and their carers. 

Connect to Ballarat  A Transport Connections Project connecting Transport Disadvantaged Individuals and Groups to transport services in the Ballarat area.

Buddies matches volunteers with adults who have a disAbility on a one to one basis or in group activities.

The Support for Carers Program provides a comprehensive and integrated range of support services for frail older people and others with a disAbility and their carers.
