When a person completes a withdrawal program the chances of relapse are high without follow up support.  A Post Withdrawal Linkage Worker provides referral to a wide range of support services based on a careful assessment and understanding of each person's needs.

• For people of all ages withdrawing from drugs or alcohol.

• Linking young people and adults, who have recently completed a withdrawal program into counselling and rehabilitation for continuing support.
