UnitingCare Ballarat has five diverse retail shops.

Our retail shops are very important parts of UnitingCare Ballarat.  They exist to help people in need and to help raise funds to continue our non-government funded programs. 

On September 1 2010, UnitingCare Ballarat opened a new Op Shop in our complex of shops in Violet Grove Wendouree West.   

UnitingCare Furniture Shop on the corner of Albert Street and Dana Street has a long history of furniture retailing.  Come inside to find a great range of pre-loved furniture and accessories.  If you are furnishing a palace or a student pad, we can help - Great Value with a Social Conscience. 
OPEN: Mon-Fri 9.30am - 5pm & Sat 9.30am - 1pm.

The Light Lounge is an opportunity shop with a social justice mission. It is situated in Wesley Hall on the Dana Street Hill, upstairs from Ballarat’s Meals for Homeless People. 
OPEN: Mon-Fri 10.30am - 4.30pm.

Lifeline Ballarat has two excellent opportunity shops (Shepperd Street & Reid's Guest House, Lydiard Street) that specialises in pre-loved clothes, bric-a-brac and books.
OPEN: Mon-Fri 10am - 4.30pm & Shepperd St, Sat 10am - 2pm. 

UnitingCare Ballarat Op Shop 11 Violet Grove Wendouree West.  Selling second-hand clothes, books and bric a brac. OPEN: Mon-Fri 10am - 3pm.
